Account
Name, email, hashed password or Google account id, and session tokens.
Membership
Address, phone, Sleeper size, recharge number and operator, referral relationships, and order snapshots.
Bank
Account holder name, IFSC, bank name and an encrypted account number. UIs and logs show a mask. Encryption uses AES-256-GCM.
Payments
Razorpay order and payment ids, amounts, method and verification timestamps. We never store card numbers or UPI PINs.
Sharing
Razorpay / RazorpayX, the recharge provider, email (when SES is enabled), and hosting. We do not sell member lists.
Rights
Write to support to access or correct your data. Bank numbers are not emailed back in full.
